Mühle-Glashütte has designed a limited edition watch in tribute to the 60th anniversary of Dynamo Dresden football club.
Dynamo Dresden was founded on 12th April 1953, and will celebrate its 60-year milestone throughout 2013. To mark the occasion, Mühle-Glashütte has created a special watch using the team's colours of black and yellow, limited to 200 pieces.
Based on the Mühle-Glashütte Teutonia II Kleine Sekunde, the redesigned timepiece features a yellow '60' in the small seconds dial, a second hand with yellow tip, and a black leather strap with yellow stitching. The words 'SG Dynamo Dresden' appear at 9 o'clock.
As with the original Teutonia II Kleine Sekunde, the watch is powered by ETA 2895-2 automatic movement with woodpecker neck regulation. It has a stainless steel case measuring 41 mm, with a domed, anti-glare sapphire crystal and transparent case back. The silver dial has a guilloche finish and applied indices, and a date display is placed at 3 o'clock.
