The TUDOR Ranger collection, similar to the TUDOR Black Bay Pro, celebrates the 70th anniversary of the British North Greenland Expedition. The tool watch is primed for daring adventure and features a Manufacture movement developed independently by experts at TUDOR. With a 39mm or 41mm case based on the Oyster Prince watch, known as TUDOR’s expedition watch for the Ice study over seven decades ago, the TUDOR Ranger continues the brand's tradition of producing robust, practical and affordable instruments for daring individuals.
Although the TUDOR Ranger watch harkens back to a time before it was used by members of the British North Greenland Expedition, those particular models never bore an inscription upon their dials, yet subsequent models did. The RANGER dates back to 1929 and is one of TUDOR's earliest innovations. Today, TUDOR watches from the Ranger series bear the Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock, along with a date window at 3 o’clock and the iconic TUDOR shield logo at the top of the dial.
