It paraded a striking green display that was geared towards those who frequently travel and to those wearers who juggle life in various regions of the world. Displaying the prevailing hour in 24 time zones, it remained slim and comfortable to wear alongside smart or formal attire thanks to a green leather band with tone-on-tone stitching running down the sides and a stainless steel folding clasp to finish. The new Raymond Weil Freelancer reference 2731-ST-52001 has several appealing features, namely its beautiful sapphire-backed case, designed to enable you as the wearer to admire the performance of an automatic movement sitting inside the case. Forest green and stainless steel
The new Raymond Weil Freelancer Green watch reference 2731-ST-52001 is an elegant and refined timepiece to own. The model is similar in design to the Raymond Weil Freelancer Calibre RW1212 watch released back in 2020, albeit this model featured a Clous de Paris textured centre and a smooth outer ring. This new green Freelancer watch offers up a smooth velvety centre with an outer ring executed in concentric circles. The very outer section of the dial features a seconds train in white. Rectangular sections above each stick marker have been treated with Super-LumiNova, allowing the 12 locations to light up in the night or when caught in conditions where light is compromised. Additionally, the central hour and minute hands have also been treated with the same luminous material, whilst the second hand is straight and unadorned. Lastly, a date window lives at 3 o’clock, dressed against a white background and adding a sense of balance to the Raymond Weil Geneva lettering at the top of the dial.
With all the traditional trimmings of the Freelancer design, the new deep green Raymond Weil Freelancer watch features a strong piece of anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass on the front of the case, a 42mm stainless steel case, a 100-meter water resistance, an RW-engraved screw-down crown, and a transparent sapphire crystal glass exhibition caseback. The latter promises a clear view of an automatic movement that creates a 38-hour power reserve once fully wound. The Freelancer was, of course, designed for the free-spirited man and this is shown in its ergonomically crafted design, with a comfortable green leather band to finish. The leather strap features tone-one-tone stitching down the sides and secures to the underside of the wrist with a stainless steel folding clasp and push-button mechanism for a quick and easy release.
