2012 is an important year in Fortis history as it celebrates '100 years on earth, 20 years in space'.
The Swiss watch brand is celebrating its 100th anniversary, as well as 20 years since the first tests of the Official Cosmonauts Chronographs - timepieces developed for use in space.
Over the last two decades Fortis watches have been included as official equipment on all Russian space missions, making an incredible 100,000 orbits.
