Muhle Glashutte 29er Zeigerdatum Watch Review
Wednesday - 24 February 2016
Psst…………we’ve heard another Baselworld 2016 rumour from a reliable source at sea.
As the captain of the ship sails for the all mighty watch event he has been trusted with some valuable information from Muhle Glashutte; a secret that brings excitement to his hardworking crew who sail the harsh seas ensuring that the exclusive exquisite designs reach dry land in time for the watch event of the year. On board are six time measuring instruments and we are certain that we know the identity of one; he’s keeping tightlipped about the other five (in case he gets made to walk the plank we suspect), which are safely stowed away for the big launch.
Embracing a nautical theme, Muhle Glashutte use the associated colours of white, blue and red on the 29er Zeigerdatum dial. A white face is framed by a light blue flange and allows for the red second hand to take centre stage on the beautifully, tranquil dial. A rich navy blue textile strap compliments the sophisticated hand and scale date display yet a steel bracelet can alternatively be your strap of choice.
The 29er Zeigerdatum is the perfect companion to sail the seas with its reliability, precision, shockproof and readability. It is a watch that remains true to its title with their other 29er models being named after a class of sailing dinghies celebrating its tenth anniversary.
Let’s hope more Muhle Glashutte designs are revealed before the ship lands at the shores of Baselworld 2016 on the 17th March.
